They are located in the commune of Aigües, a few minutes from the village centre. Aigües is a typical small village in the Alicante region, located less than a quarter of an hour from the beaches of El Campello. With a population of about 1000 inhabitants, the village will offer you all the small shops that meet your basic needs: 2 bakeries, butcher's shop, mini-market, tobacconist's shop, 5 to 6 bars, 3 or 4 restaurants, pharmacy, market, school, etc. It is one of the most beautiful villages in the region with an almost immediate connection to the coast, much sought-after by those who do not wish to be on the coastal strip and, on the other hand, live in a preserved and Spanish environment.

The plots of land are of great beauty. Seated and protected on their backs and sides, the plots look towards the big blue through a natural viewfinder created by the hills. In the shape of a crescent, they are spread out in large terraces and form a very protected area, away from the main traffic. Perfect tranquillity and easy access by tarmac road. Then, you will take a dirt road for about 100 meters to reach the edge of the plot.

The possibility to connect to public water exists at the beginning of the dirt road and can therefore be easily brought to the plot. Electricity, on the other hand, must be produced by an alternative system of solar panels.

The plot has a preliminary project (see photos) to build a "chameleon house": a natural habitat totally integrated in its immediate environment and offering you a landscape architecture that best fits the topography of the plot.
