A little gem for the ones seeking for some extensive rural ground and the authenticity of a local farm of the region of Alicante.

The property spreads over 35 hectares of rural land, some destined to agricultural purposes with plantations of almonds-, olives-, nefle trees and some extra essences of frutals, and the rest with no particular use else that mountain ground and bushes. An old stone farm has been established there for over 100 years with quite a large built space with circa 475m2. The house needs by all means some redoing as it stands there for rather some sporadic use but rarely overnighting. We have appreciated the fact that a major part of the roof has been consolidated some time ago, which in turn helps maintain the rest of the building in reasonably good shape. The main building is split onto 3 levels and can offer quite some space for the ones willing to redistributing it.

Now the location is secluded and remote: it is accessed via a gravel road of 3 or more kilometers (in very good shape, hence no need of a 4X4), yet, when leaving the main track as you are entering the domain, you will rather use a dirt track which does need an all-terrain vehicle up to the house (about 1km), as well as for your use to wonder around the finca which is filled with dirt tracks to reach all parts of it. Therefore, the property isn’t connected to the mains networks: it means that you will have to plan some solar system to feed your needs, nonetheless it leads me to the very gold value of this finca… It has its own water source, and benefits from a continuous flow ALL YEAR ROUND for the last 3 generations. The water is gathered in 2 large water reservoirs and flows through a channeling system all around the finca. A lead will also bring the water to the main building. So, mark my word: the value of water is and will become a stronger element in our future, as this is quite a scarce commodity above all in our area.
