On the heights of the Sierra de la Grana, revealing the majestic mountain of the Cabeço d'Or (Golden Head) and the sea in the distance, Amazing Grace is an old sheepfold of some 100m2 to be rebuilt on a plot of almost 10 hectares.

To reach it, you will first have to take an asphalt road that will take you over the Sierra, then the road will be converted into a gravel road that you will continue to the entrance of the plot. A 4X4 is rather advisable although you can get there with a normal car, quietly.

The panorama that will open up in front of you will be a real eye-catcher. Enough to delight those who are looking for an exceptional view and great peace and quiet.

At the bottom of the plot is a water source with an old stone reservoir. The finca has a right to this spring water, which will allow you to solve your water supply.

The building is of simple construction, made of local stone, and needs a complete renovation. Rectangular in shape, it is divided into 4 rooms plus the main entrance. The sheepfold is located on a large and spacious terrace. An increase of the built volume is possible up to 20% more.

Really, a splendid product for the lovers of a refuge in medium mountain, however in the immediate vicinity of the coast (less than 3/4h) and the village (about ten minutes).
