In the middle of a pristine nature, where one’s sight is enlighten by the curves of the mountains and get lost in the light and the deepness of the horizon, this finca offers 3,2 hectares of a magnificent plot planted with almond and olive trees and grand views to the surrounding mountains, including the famous Cabeço d’Or (the Golden Head). During the course of the day, the sun crowns this marvelous landscape with its light, from gold and warm, to white and shiny, even pink with a birthing dawn. A place filled with generous terraces cultivated with local species which saw the implantation of a large contemporaneous premise, well integrated in its environment.

The finca borders a tarmac road, which solves all access issues. A private gravel road will lead you to the skirt of the main building. The construction was designed to allow its access from different angles. The ground floor comprises of 5 large bedrooms en suite, a spacious lounge and dining room and a courtesy kitchen. All rooms are facing the views of the Cabeço d’Or.

The first floor nestle an independent suite with private terrace and outside shower, and cherry on the cake, a fully glazed dome to enjoy the stars at night, plus a fully independent apartment distributed as 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, a large living bathed with natural light and including a well equipped kitchen. The living opens on its south west side towards a large open terrace offering a great degree of privacy for your sunbaths.

A nice and large swimming pool was built in front of the house, yet at a reasonable distance to avoid noise pollution often generated by such commodity.

The house is also equipped with a floor heating system linked with a solar panel plant installed on its roof. The system is also backed up with a gas central heater fed by a underground gas reservoir. On the rear side of the finca, a large photovoltaic solar plant has been established whereby the yearly balance of your production is either negative or nihil (peak production of 5.4Kw/h).

On the foreground of the plot, at lower stance, the finca benefits from an old stone shed used as storage. Further down, a large terrace is kept as an equestrian zone.

The finca Pao is as well a boutique Hotel, being a founding concept of the actual owners. Hence, the independent ground floor offers 5 suites and all commodities necessary to generate this activity. The top floor, as well independent, is entirely private. The BnB business is lucrative and meets all official tourism requirements, and it carries a license.

We have enjoyed this estate, before all due to its lovely location, its tranquility and panoramic views. Furthermore, we have noted a good construction, with generous spaces created around and the natural light brought in every single room. Last but not least, the garden area brings a gentle green touch.

El Campello

El Campello is a privileged place; it presents the most extensive coastline in the province of Alicante (23km), and offers visitors golden sand beaches such as the one of Muchavista and Carrer la Mar; secluded coves that appear behind the Ileta; and nearly mountains.

In the area known as La Illeta dels Banyets have been found Iberian and Roman remains, although the oldest ones date from the Chalcolithic and the Bronze Age.  In the sixteenth century the constant incursions of Berber pirates motivated the construction of a series of watchtowers along the coast. In El Campello there are still two of them: the one of the Barranc d´Aigües located on a cliff, and Torre de la Illeta , emblem of the town.

Traditionally, El Campello has directed its economy to fishing and rain-fed agriculture, but nowadays tourism is the main source of income for the town. However, it maintains its active fish market, which also offers visitors the opportunity to participate every evening in its auction.

In this town, stands out the extraordinary annual cultural program (theater, dance, concerts, exhibitions, courses, etc.) of the House of Culture, which has an auditorium and an amphitheater outdoors.

The excellent weather of El Campello, together with its magnificent sports facilities (Nautical Club, Sports Hall, Sports courts of El Vincle, golf courses...); make it possible to practice all kinds of sports throughout year.
