Presentation

Entering the house we are struck by the spaciousness and cosiness of the rooms.
Built at the beginning of the 20th century, it was completely restored in 2007 with great taste but without altering its authentic style. The last restoration was in 2019, where the main bathroom and the kitchen were completely renovated with great attention to detail.

With the restoration, openings have been done to let in light, making the house much more modern and highlighting the thick stone walls that maintain the temperature of the house.
On the ground floor we have a large dining room and a spacious living room with fireplace, a toilet and a large independent kitchen (any cook's dream), with access to a small courtyard where a pantry has been built.
On the first floor a small living room gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a small private terrace.
On the top floor there is a large terrace/solarium with a kitchen, ideal for enjoying meals in the sun in winter and dinners in summer.
From the terrace we enjoy beautiful mountain views.
In the village there is a fantastic public swimming pool.
Half an hour from the coast (Altea, Benidorm ....).
