In a region like ours where water has become such a rare and sought-after resource, we are fortunate to be able to present to you a very special, rare and atypical property, full of rich and picturesque history. In 20 years of experience, the province of Alicante has allowed us to offer only 3 of them for sale.

Firstly, a watermill means that you are on the edge of a river. So it is at the bottom of the valley that you will discover it. Less sunshine, you'll tell me... for sure. But our region is still known for those 300 days of sunshine a year! At the mill, the water is obviously permanent. Although only 20 minutes from the beaches, you are in a mountainous environment, part of the Betic Cordillera which runs through Spain from Gibraltar to Alicante. The rugged relief offers you many possibilities for excursions and nature discoveries of all kinds. A region rich in paths and trails, popular with hikers, climbers, mountain bikers and cyclists. Its valleys and mountains are to be explored both long and wide. Access to the sea and beaches is quick and easy, and you are located 45 minutes from Alicante airport and 35 minutes from the centre of the city of Alicante.
