Suddenly, you will leave the main road and take a tarmac road, with no exit, which will lead you while continuing to climb towards this finca. One of the last at the end of this road. You are about 15 minutes away from the village.
The Mas is therefore solitary, accessible by tarmac road (no need of 4X4), and is situated in the middle of its different plots of land, the whole amounts more than 10 hectares. One part develops in pine forest, another in terraces of almond trees mainly.
The building is placed on a promontory and offers a magnificent view of the valley through its pine trees. You are of course not connected to the electricity network: you will have to rely on a solar panel installation. The water comes from a catchment on a permanent water source which is located on the neighboring plot: a pipe will thus bring you water in a basin located just above the house (basin to be renovated).
The Mas is "habitable" but to be considered as a country or weekend house. There is no doubt that some renovations have to be done: revision of the roof, all the interior cosmetics, electricity and water, etc... However, it is not a ruin. The main building is sound and in good condition for a centenary.
In short, an additional budget will be needed in the future to make this property fully habitable and comfortable.
