Reference 2999992 • We bought the house because it was exactly, what we wanted. We wanted a house with a
lot of privacy and open spaces with lots of light surrounded by nature but not too far away from the city and beach.

You can see Campello and Alicante and the Castillo de Alicante from a distance and of
course the coast-line. We also wanted a big and open kitchen and living-room, all in one
space and open. While you are cooking (the kitchen is always the heart of a house) you can
see all that happens in the living-room, dining-area, terrace, pool-area and garden and even the chimney, which has glass-doors to 2 sides. The area is open and flooded by light and the sun as it should be. The area is around 70 m2 big. All doors are sliding-doors which can be opened so even the terrace forms part of the already very spacious living and dining-room and kitchen.

The terrace is covered, so it can be used the whole year and in the summer-time it is
protected from the sun. Right there you find the 10x4 meter pool which has been recently
reformed.

We loved the contribution of the house which gives room for privacy. In the lower level you find 3 bedrooms with a separate big bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a door in order to reach the terrace+pool area. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Upstairs is the master bedroom + en-suite- bathroom and a big terrace with sea-views and views to the natural park. The master bedroom is about 40m2 big with lots of light and a big glass-front in order to enjoy the views to the coast-line.

The house is located right before the beginning of the natural park. Therefore it is very quiet and private, which is one of the main reasons to buy the house. There is an immense privacy and it is just quiet all year. The area is perfect for mountain-biking, hiking, golfing (Bonalba, just 10 minutes away). The beach can be reached 15 minutes by car. Shopping e.g.

Carrefour can be reached in 10 Minutes by car. The next town is Muchamiel. The house is ready to be lived in. it only has to be furnished.
