To safeguard this value, Autenticaâ„¢ puts in place 2 working tools:
- the Property Qualifying Criteria and,
- the Quality control
a) Property Qualifying Criteria (PQC)
PQC are set to immediately filter the properties and avoid the publishing of estates which are not corresponding to the nature of this portal. ALL published properties will be subject to an evaluation in function of the following list of criteria. Some of those being subjective criteria, Autenticaâ„¢ will fully retain the right at any stage to accept or refuse a property application.
- The structural part of the building is totally or partially built with natural stones
- The building is aged 35 years or more
- The style of the building is typical and very relevant to the local historical architectural aspects
- The land offers an extraordinary situation
- The land offers fantastic views
- Located in a Natural or Rural environment (typical village for ex.)
- Zero-defect environment: no industries, no pollution, no noises, no high voltage line
b) Quality Control
To maintain the interest of our content as high as possible, Autentica.eu will screen every application to ensure correct data filling. Properties will also create interest only if they are properly documented: Autenticaâ„¢ will demand a minimum of 10 quality pictures per property (set minimum resolution of 640 per 480 pixels).
